What is Chaos?
Chaos is a visual instrument that creates images and allows the user to manipulate them in ways of their own choosing. With it, listeners are able to create their own unique visual counterpoint to accompany an archived performance or an actual webcast. Chaos is only active during certain specially designated events. It was first used in performance in 1998, when Farrell performed with the Spoleto Festival USA orchestra in Duckworth's Ghost Dance.
